We are a local, family owned food truck providing  quality BBQ for events and catering in the Twin Ports area. 

We dry rub and smoke all of our meats and serve them that way so you can choose to sauce or not.  Our           signature original recipe BBQ sauce comes in three  flavors to satisfy a variety of palates.    Our original recipe Tig's Smoked Beans are a favorite not to be missed.  You can find our menu and browse by using the menu drop down above.
