Our catering meals take the guess work out of your gatherings.  We offer a variety of options to suit whatever you need including the full food truck experience, full service buffet, or packaged for self-service.   

Our food options include every item on our menu (brisket, ribs, pork, or chicken) and include your choice of one of our own original recipe signature BBQ sauces (Original, Zesty Honey Jack, or Habanero)
