Due to the number of requests we receive, we do NOT provide full service (i.e. we come to you and serve food) catering for these events.
We will have your food prepared in advance for you to heat and serve or can have it hot and ready for you to pick up the day of your party. We recommend planning on 1/4 pound of meat per person for pork, chicken, or brisket.
For ribs, plan on 1 rack for every 3 people if you are only serving ribs, 1 rack of rib for every 6 people if you have other meat options available.
